Get together and wine tasting
28 September from 7 p.m.: Get-together at Sternbäck, a rustic Franconian pub in the heart of Würzburg (Sterngasse 2, 97070 Würzburg). From here, it is only a few metres to Würzburg Cathedral and the Old Main Bridge, which offers a spectacular view of Marienberg Fortress. So you can already see some of Würzburg's highlights on the way to the get-together. The Sternbäck is best reached by public transport (tram lines 1, 3, 4 or 5; stop "Rathaus" or "Dom").
29.09. at 19.30: Wine tasting in the historic Residenz wine cellar with snack plate (meeting point - Residenzplatz/Frankonia fountain).

- You can choose between:
- Cheese platter (e.g. cheese specialities, soft and hard cheese, cream cheese, dressed Camembert, butter, bread)
- Ham and cheese platter (e.g. ham specialities, cheese selection, cream cheese, butter, bread)
- Franconian snack plate (e.g. fresh home-made sausage specialities, ham selection, cheese selection, butter, gherkin, bread)
Cost: 27€. This is a special offer that we are providing for participants as part of the conference. Normally the price for the wine tour incl. snack plate is 41€. Important: Pre-booking required! If you would like to take part in the wine tasting, please let us know when you register for the conference. The Residenz is within walking distance of the conference venue (approx. 10 minutes). If you wish to use public transport, please take the bus to the bus stop "Mainfranken Theater" or "Residenzplatz".
