The work of a media manager in the field of music and live entertainment

Enno Müller-Stephan dedicated himself to live entertainment at a very early age and completed his first internship in the theatre sector after leaving school. During his studies in media management, he focussed on entertainment and culture and concentrated on the commercial live entertainment sector. After completing his studies in Hanover and Amsterdam, he worked at Stage Entertainment in marketing for various musical productions throughout Germany. He then moved to the Walt Disney Company in Munich and took over the Live Entertainment and Ticketing division. A short time later, the Music division was expanded and with it the responsibility for Recorded Music and Radio Plays. Since 2020, Enno Müller-Stephan has been responsible for the concert sector in the entire EMEA region as Centre of Excellence. In 2024, Enno Müller-Stephan completed an MBA in Global Exexutive Management at the Central European University. He is also involved in the area of Diversity & Inclusion. As a good networker in the music and live industry, Enno Müller-Stephan gives an insight into a career in a very creative field, corresponding stakeholders and the balance in the corporate context.
