From the stage to business – My journey between acting and digital consulting

Kim Seidler began her career on the theater stage before venturing into business. After training as an actress and performing at various German theaters, she moved into the world of media and business, working for companies such as Bertelsmann, ProSiebenSat.1, and RTL Deutschland. Today, she is responsible for strategic projects in the media and entertainment sector at Atos SE and works internationally on digital innovation solutions. In addition to her work as a manager, Kim Seidler is a podcaster (“Starke Frauen” [Strong Women]), a lecturer in the master's program “Digital Communication in the Music and Entertainment Industry” at the Munich University of Music and Performing Arts, and a business and personal coach. In her lecture “From the Stage to Management – My Path Between Acting and Business,” she provides insights into her extraordinary career path between art and business. She shows how creativity, storytelling, and presence become key success factors in management – and invites students to discover their own strengths and use them confidently with interactive exercises on body language, voice, and self-presentation.
